Microsoft Flow - Get in Flow With the Free Flow Windows Application
Flow is a state of high-level concentration. During a flow experience, your awareness and actions merge seamlessly. For example, when you play the guitar, your body becomes the music and the activity seems effortless. This experience is so empowering that you may feel completely unattached to yourself. In fact, it has been said that people who have experienced a flow state feel stronger and more in control than ever before. In addition, time seems to pass faster than usual, even when you're in the flow.
Flow is the result of a person's mental state, in which they are totally absorbed in the activity and have no time for anything else. These people often do not think about their performance, and they may even become annoyed by interruptions. Furthermore, they may not think about how other people perceive them, as they are focused on the activity at hand. These people may feel more engaged and satisfied with their task, thus offsetting any frustrations that they might experience from the task.
Microsoft Flow is now called Power Automate, and it allows employees to create automated workflows. These automated workflows, or flows, allow users to specify a set of actions to take when a particular event occurs. Flow can be managed on the desktop or through a mobile app. Flow integrates with a variety of Microsoft applications and services, from simple push notifications to complex business processes. To get started with Flow, download the free Flow Windows app from the Windows Store.
